His ambitious drive and proven leadership skills led him to a major role at Harcourts Prime Properties in Monarch Beach, where he currently manages a large team of fifty agents covering territories from Santa Barbara to the Mexican border, including the expansive Palm Springs area.

He is a co-founder of the Green Group, which consists of Justin Green and Bill Pasqualino.
